During law school, Ms. Vivion gained experience working for Sun Microsystems, Inc. as an intern in their intellectual property group’s trademark section, serving in-house marketing and branding clients. She also worked as an intern in eBay Inc.’s legal department with their intellectual property and litigation groups. Prior to law school, Ms. Vivion worked for one year in the litigation division of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. She was also a professional ballet dancer with the Houston Ballet and Ballet West before beginning her secondary education.
